CAFC Affirms COLOR ME MINE appeal from TTAB

In a “per curiam” order issued today and without any discussion of the merits, the Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) affirmed the TTAB’s refusal to register the COLOR ME MINE mark.
